Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Haita VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'this App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. Please review it carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate app text from or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functionality or service fees and will communicate material fee changes appropriately. Users are responsible for maintaining device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices, as this may weaken system security and affect normal App operation.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy rules of those partners.

Service limitations: App functionality depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, poor signal quality or carrier issues, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, any roaming charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, system settings or third-party network failures is not covered by our compensation obligations. Although we try to provide accurate route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from it. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license to use the App becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy
