This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Haita VPN (referred to as the 'App', 'this Service', or 'we') handles and protects your personal information. We provide the service under principles of necessity, transparency and security.

When you download, launch or use the App, the system may collect operational data needed to keep the service working, including but not limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate device location information. This information is used for: 1. Geolocation services: recommending suitable routes based on Haita VPN's node distribution; 2. Performance optimization: using anonymized aggregate data to identify regional connection quality and improve stability; 3. Service communication: sending important updates, security notices or necessary account information through your reserved email or username. All sensitive information is handled under this policy.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, etc.) for crash analysis, performance monitoring and feature improvements. Except in the following circumstances, we do not share your personal information with third parties: 1. Complying with legal procedures or regulatory requirements; 2. Protecting user safety or investigating fraud when necessary; 3. Working with entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. If you wish to stop data collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device. After uninstallation, the App will not generate new data collection activity.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. The App is not intended for minors under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this group, and if such collection is discovered, we will begin deletion procedures as soon as possible. Guardians may contact us through the email above so we can take necessary action. We use physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect data confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time due to regulatory requirements or business adjustments. You are advised to review this page regularly.
